Your submission at Articles for creation: Tanvir Hayder (May 7)
editThis draft just documents his existence, it does not summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage choose to say about him and what makes him important as a journalist- as we call it, how he meets the special Wikipedia definition of a notable person. Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Please stop wasting peoples' time.
editYou have been told repeatedly why Draft:Tanvir Hayder has been rejected. The individual clearly doesn't meet Wikipedia notability guidelines, and isn't going to get an article. Tinkering around with titles while again citing the subject's own website isn't going to fool anyone, and if you persist in wasting our time, you may very well find yourself blocked from editing.
