Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Birdseyelogo-1-.jpg}

Saab Salomon Trail Running Series

Mass copyright violations on race articles

I believe that many parts of the articles you have created are copied from promotional websites, slightly shorn of of a word here and there.

The removed history of the Silverstone Half Marathon is a match with run leukaemia. The relay section of English Cross Country Association is a straight cut from one of their press releases. The history section of Venice Marathon matches that on a promotional website. I've been unable to find a match for the original material at The Nike+ Human Race but the whole tone and emphasis on a Nike product in the second line makes this suspect. The standard promotional line about a perfect opportunity to keep fit and raise money for charity has also been added on the London 10,000 and Great Capital Run. The capital run article also has an odd reference to encouraging "children to enjoy exercise and run with mates." On a lesser point, you have just copied the start of the Runner's World article for the whole of Running Fitness, even though some of the information may not apply to the latter magazine.

The Cannon Lane Middle School article is copied from their own website. I could go on but my point is made. This talk page is nothing but alerts to the fact that you have broken the rules set out in Wikipedia:Copyright violations. Given the exchanges about the pendulum photo above, I have little reason to believe that you own the copyright to any of the photos you have uploaded either; particularly another picture of Pendulum that you have uploaded.
