June 2015 edit

Hello, I'm Northamerica1000. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Rajput without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.   Hello, I'm Mahensingha. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Rajput because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Sanctions edit

You are involved in an edit war at Rajput and seem to have picked up the same cudgel that led to other people being prevented from editing that article or indeed Wikipedia entirely. This is dangerous territory, especially since there was discussion at Talk:Rajput. You seem not to be interested in discussing yourself. The article is subject to special sanction arrangements and I think you should familiarise yourself with those, hence the notice below. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 12:44, 25 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions/South Asian social groups.

On rajput article and your remark that it was contradictory edit

Hi i am Wikiteame , i have noticed you reverted my edit, you said it was contradictory, but i think what you didn`t take into consideration is that we are talking about huge gap of history, my pasted things when mmuslim rulers invaded india and had to fought with rajpot king to take control of land, you look here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prithviraj_Chauhan , i think you are conflicting two things here, rajputs later formed alliance with mughals but battle of tarain is fact, i don`t know why you are having problem with it. Anyway do think about it.

And why you think Col. Tod is unreliable source, see his word here http://rajputana.htmlplanet.com/scy_raj/scy_raj1.html

June 2015 edit

This is your only warning; if you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising again, as you did at Rajput, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. How can you deny the contents well supported by the reliable sources and how can you remove the sourced contents. The things have been discussed much before and you too have given your views. Still, anything bothering you then please follow the norms, put the things on talk page, wait for the response of experts and most important is that please abide by the decisions. Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. The thread is Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:Taoni reported by User:Mahensingha (Result: ). Thank you. MahenSingha (Talk) 18:24, 25 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

June 2015 edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Rajput. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  —Darkwind (talk) 02:18, 26 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

A further warning: as per the notice above, the article Rajput is part of a topic area where special care must be taken to edit with others in a harmonious and collaborative way. Any further disruption from you in this topic area is likely to result in specific sanctions against you such as a further revert restriction or topic ban. Please remember that edit warring is disruptive and is not allowed, regardless of whether you are "right" or "wrong" about the information you are inserting into the article. —Darkwind (talk) 02:21, 26 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

March 2016 edit

Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Rajput, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Some of your edits at the Rajput article continue to be problematic, deletion of sources, modification of sourced content, etc. Please abide by Wikipedia policies provided in the welcome message above.
