Please do not use Wikipedia for affiliate marketing, such as you did in the article Nutrition psychology. This is contrary to the guidelines on external links and immediately suggests that you may have a conflict of interest. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia policy to learn more about this project and how you can make a positive impact. Users who continue to use Wikipedia for affiliate marketing are likely to be blocked from editing. Thank you. Your username is a problem, as it demonstrates your affiliation with an organization. Dear Zefr,
Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify my affiliation and the intent behind my contribution.
I am indeed associated with the organization in question, as you can see on our editorial board page: Encyclopedia Editorial Board and our team page: Our Team. My name is Tahir Yasin, and I serve on the editorial board of the Encyclopedia section on our website.
Our organization is deeply committed to advancing the field of nutritional psychology, and the external link I added is intended to provide Wikipedia users with valuable educational resources. The Encyclopedia we recently launched on our website, available here: Encyclopedia, is a comprehensive compilation of information relevant to the topic.
I assure you that this addition was not for affiliate marketing purposes but was a genuine attempt to contribute to the breadth of educational resources available on Wikipedia. I respect Wikipedia's guidelines and aim to make positive and meaningful contributions to the platform.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,

Due to your organization's mission and your personal interest in nutrition psychology, you should avoid editing on the topic, as this is a conflict of interest for you and people in your organization, WP:COI, as explained in the notice below. Your company's encyclopedia on nutrition psychology is also not an externally peer-reviewed source, so does not meet the Wikipedia guideline on choosing reliable, objective sources for medical content, WP:BMI. Accordingly, it does not meet the requirements for an external link, WP:ELNO.
If you are sincere about contributing to Wikipedia, choose among the 6.9 million articles in English on other topics of interest to you. Further, i recommend you change your username as other editors will see your affiliation with an organization, which is generally not a good basis for objective editing. See WP:CHU. Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Tahir.NutritionPsychology. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Nutrition psychology, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. 🔥YesI'mOnFire🔥(ContainThisEmber?) 08:26, 1 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
