Hello, I'm Codename Lisa. Your recent edit to the page Microsoft Forefront Online Protection for Exchange appears to have added incorrect information, so I have removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Codename Lisa (talk) 07:15, 26 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi.
To answer your questions, I need to quote you. I hope that's okay. You said:

"What is the factual error I made on the Forefront Online Protection for Exchange/ Exchange Online Protection page?"

I checked the source and, apart from the fact that it did not have the properties of a reliable source, it said "FOPE isn't really discontinued" which is the very opposite what you wrote in the article.

"But other than that I don't see why it was reverted rather than corrected."

It is corrected; only later, not when I sent you the revert notice. Here is the diff of the fix. Fixes may take time, so it is prudent to restore last known good state before acting on fix.
A hint: What you call "authoritative" is in fact primary source and everyone here knows that. Primary sources have their own caveats.
Best regards,
