Because We are not using this for advertisement and promotions purpose and want to change our user name according to your policy

This is not accurate; this is exactly what you were doing. "We are the leading Telecommunication solutions providers with a vision to make Telecom ecosystem Sustainable, Smart and cost effective", "We provide services keeping the customer as the prime focus", "Techsoft Technologies has grown as the most reputed communication software providers", this is all blatant advertising in violation of WP:PROMO. It's totally inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If your only intention is to write about this company, you aren't going to be unblocked. If instead, you can show you have read and understood WP:PROMO, WP:COI, and WP:PAID, all of which you have violated, and instead wish to write about other articles, we would consider an unblock request.
