Clarity in Technical Writing (long quote)

The work is public domain, so there should be no issue of rights here with the long quote. It's pretty common for people to give long quotes of Katzoff. His stuff is just so good. I wish I could sneak in 1-2 more! (great one on "honesty" and on "shadowboxing").

[2]: shows use of X-rays on liquids to show minimal ordering (crystallinity) in liquid water or organic liquids. The organic ones having similar spectra to vapors.
