Hello, I'm Sitush. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Kunbi, but you didn't provide a reliable source. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Disambiguation link notification for November 19 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Warud, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page NCP. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 13:23, 19 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Kshatriya Kunbi. Since you had some involvement with the Kshatriya Kunbi redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Sitush (talk) 12:10, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

June 2018 edit

Hello, I'm Sitush. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Kunbi, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page.

  • This is not the first time that you have attempted to add unsourced material to articles. Is there something that you do not understand about the information given at WP:V? Sitush (talk) 19:06, 11 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or a topic ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions/South Asian social groups.

Speedy deletion nomination of (INC(I)) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on (INC(I)) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.quora.com/How-did-Indiras-Congress-I-get-the-name-Indian-National-Congress. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 08:06, 18 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Harshvardhan P. Deshmukh moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Harshvardhan P. Deshmukh, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia).

While it is very likely that Deshmukh is notable enough to have a wikipedia article written about him, Wikipedia's policies on what can be included in biographies of living people is extremely strict, and would require the removal of all information in the article that cannot be tied to verifiable sources.

Rather than delete all of your work, I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When the article's claims have been backed up by citations to reliable sources thereby making it ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. signed, Rosguill talk 07:04, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Harshvardhan Pratapsinh Deshmukh edit

The article Harshvardhan Pratapsinh Deshmukh has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one.
