Spoken Chinese edit

But that's exactly why we should add them! The whole point of the table is to show how the languages differ. Transcribing Chinese without tones is like transcribing the other half of the table, Romance, without vowels. Just add the tones in number format (1 for low, 5 for high, etc.) and I'll convert them to the IPA for you. kwami (talk) 13:20, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Jiangxi edit

Hi,

Your recent edits to Template:Jiangxi are, well, unhelpful. Duplicating another template is a legitimate concern; there may be good reason to keep this template small. If you don't want to merge them, and are having trouble with another editor, there are forums to discuss this. But replacing good links with bad is not the way to go: People are going to automatically take the other side when they see that. — kwami (talk) 23:29, 26 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Warning edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Jiangxi, you may be blocked from editing. As an additional note, the Chinese province format is an established format used for almost all "Chinese provincial divisions" articles. Your moves are going against long-established consensus here. If you want to change that consensus, feel free to start up a discussion about it. Do not continue moving articles, though, or you will be blocked as disruptive. --LLTimes (talk) 16:48, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

LL, that was not vandalism, it was a POV disagreement. Symane might eventually be blocked for edit warring if he continues to push against consensus without a shift in that consensus (say a discussion at WP:China), but it won't be for vandalism. — kwami (talk) 20:47, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
My apologies, although I may have mistaken and use the wrong warning template , but his recent edits is nonetheless, disruptive. It would be better to have standardize province-level divisions of the PRC, similar use of standardization are applied to most other countries. Please see Wikipedia:WikiProject China/Chinese provinces workgroup.--LLTimes (talk) 18:41, 6 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for January 8 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Architecture of Jiangxi, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Poyang and Taining (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
