Hello, after being alerted to your unblock appeals (admin link only), I have decided to unblock you, as it appears that you are doing the category additions in good faith. I apologise for wrongly concluding that you are a sockpuppet; there has been a lot of bad-hand editing in Jewish topics by single-purpose accounts (in which capacity you've been acting]]) for many many years.

However, the edits you've made so far violate multiple categorisation guidelines, particularly that all category additions need to be supported by the article text and verifiable to a reliable source and that articles should be under the most specific category possible, not under a general parent category (at least in all cases in which you've been editing). Rather than adding categories, it would be much more constructive to add text sourced to reliable secondary sources about people being Jewish, but please do so unobtrusively in a way that does not disrupt the flow of articles. There are also many other topics in Wikipedia you could edit. In many cases references don't make a big deal about a person's Jewish ethnicity, so Wikipedia shouldn't either. If you continue to make unconstructive category additions, you may be reblocked. Graham87 06:02, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
