High Castle map, hello!

edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia my good pal!

Please take a gander at my critique of your map for The Man in the High Castle (also the "United States of America" is in the book dubbed the Rocky Mountain States as opposed to the USA. A mere buffer with Denver being one of it's only urban centres. (Unofficial capital?) ). It needs a few editorials as the critique states; but it is an excellent first draft - fine work! Here hopes you continue your efforts in that article and elsewhere! - D-Katana 09:01, 15 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

A couple of new notes as well as an easily obtainable free program to finish the map has been added to the talk page. I would sooner you finish the map as I am no dab hand art wise; and advise you create at least a rudimentary note on your personal page; with a big message asking for correspondance regards edits to be made here. From experience, the more work you accomplish on Wikipedia the greater the reward and recognition from the community in the form of Barnstars and medals. I have none myself but they are oft-displayed on one's userpage. Do hope you stay awhile and look into contributing more - I myself just got back from a long haitus. Bye for now! - D-Katana 14:52, 17 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi SyL64. Can you re-draw the map please? Would be perfect addition to the article but at the moment it leaves out the Rocky Mountain States which are critical to the plot and storyline. - It is thus quite inaccurate and essentially wrong. Can you redo it please - I am going to remove the current one. -- maxrspct ping me 22:46, 23 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (Image:SSBB Sonic and Mario in Brawl.JPG)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:SSBB Sonic and Mario in Brawl.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Speedy deletion of Dragon Ball Z (live action 2008 film)

edit

A tag has been placed on Dragon Ball Z (live action 2008 film) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Proposed deletion of Mitternacht (E Nomine song)

edit

The article Mitternacht (E Nomine song) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No references, no claim of notability, fails WP:NSONG and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
