Ten Commandments

edit

Hello Swordedge. I'm sorry to inform you that I've had to remove your addition to Ten Commandments. Firstly, it is entirely unclear to me how significant the AEMINPU view would be in a general article that aims to cover only the broadest variation in interpretation of the Ten Commandments. Secondly, you reproduced an entire text verbatim; I think there is no good reason for doing so - the text of the original Ten Commandments is already present; all you'd have to do is point out the differences. Finally, the text was not compliant with the manual of style (entirely in uppercase etc).

I suggest you leave a message on Talk:Ten Commandments and see what other contributors have to say. You will have to demonstrate how large the AEMINPU is, whether its view of the Ten Commandments is verifiable (i.e. quotable from an external source) and so on. Please don't simply reinsert the text, as this would be counterproductive. JFW | T@lk 20:03, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
