A bit of advice edit
When approaching other editors with concerns about their edits or how they are conducting themselves. You'll have much better results if you avoid bold and/or capitols and generally try to keep it as business like as possible. Cite specific instances that you found troubling, and ask direct questions of the editor for instance:
- what were your thoughts behind the removal of XYZ from <nowiki>[article name]</nowiki, this material was properly cited. DId you have another source that disagrees?
I find this approach to be less confrontational and more successful overall. --~~~~
