Speedy deletion of 1950 Richmond Trophy

edit

A tag has been placed on 1950 Richmond Trophy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. To Fight a Vandal (talk) 18:16, 6 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Non-championship F1 races

edit

Hi there, I've noticed you're doing a bit of work with the F1 non-championship races and season articles. Just a reminder to make sure the wikilinks / internal links are the right ones, mainly regarding the circuits. If you're in any doubt, go to the race article and use the same link as the one there. Some circuits don't have articles yet, but eventually they will have. Also it's not worth including Inter-Continental Formula races or Formula Libre races in the season articles - we should stick to F1. Cheers, Bretonbanquet (talk) 21:10, 11 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Republika Srpska national football team

edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Republika Srpska national football team, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

This team has only been involved at amateur level. It has never played representatives of other nations, recognised or unrecognised. Their FA is a member of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Genres

edit

Please refrain from changing music genres without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Continued genre changes to suit your own point of view may result in a block. Thank you.
Please leave genres alone if you're not replacing them with a reliably sourced alternative. I assure you the other editors at those articles don't appreciate your insistence on your own opinion, and I doubt you're a professionally-employed music critic. --King Öomie 16:10, 22 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please leave genres alone. Articles are not improved when armchair music critics fight against each other. Find a reliable source for your genre changes. --King Öomie 20:51, 23 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
