Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from all of Wikipedia. Please understand we appreciate external links to useful sources, on the proper page. For example: Putting links to Tower/Soudan on the Tower/Soudan pages is acceptable - putting these links on every other page relating to Northern MN is not.
