F-16 VISTA

You recently added information to General Dynamics F-16 VISTA claiming that it was redesignated X-62A, but did not provide a reliable source. While the aircraft may very well have been redesignated, we cannot include that information here without reliable sources. A letter from a high ranking Air Force official is not enough, as we have no way of knowing if it is real or a fake. Additionally, it's not wise to publish a non-public letter from a military official until it is revealed in a press release as it could be seen as leaking classified documents. - ZLEA _T\^C 18:06, 15 June 2021 (UTC)

It took 6 weeks, but the X-62 redesignation has finally been announced. I moved the article to the new title a.few days ago. BilCat (talk) 04:59, 4 August 2021 (UTC)
