I think you may have confused creating an article with creating an account. You have been editing your user page, which is not article space(note the "User:" in the title)- it is a place for the named user to tell about themselves as a Wikipedia editor. New accounts cannot directly create articles and need to submit drafts via the article wizard or Articles for Creation. You seem to be editing about yourself, this is highly discouraged, please read the autobiography policy. Furthermore, people who are "rising" in their field generally do not merit articles- one must have already arrived in order to merit an article, especially musicians.
