Pika edit

Instead of adding a non-breaking space, or adding converted values, could you start using the {{cvt}} template? Thanks! - UtherSRG (talk) 12:42, 18 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the tip. I'm new here & just yesterday I found the convert template. I then spent HOURS reading about it. Sure had a lot of info, which is good, but takes time. But now I can use it confidently. I'm going to go back to my previous changes & have them all use convert. I see cvt is the same except with abbr=on as the default. But convert is used a LOT more than cvt so I personally prefer to use the one that's more common (so presumably more people would know what it does & not have to look it up). I don't mind adding abbr=on & I think it makes it more clear. Although using cvt would make for shorter code. Always pros & cons. Sunandshade (talk) 16:37, 18 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
