You have repeatedly been warned to stop your vandalism of articles, such as those you made to Chitpavan, on Wikipedia when you came here using other IPs. Please stop. You are welcome to contribute real edits to Wikipedia but all vandalism done by you will be reverted and you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia if you continue. You are welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

Chitpavan edit

Hi, I've unblocked this account with the consent of the blocking admin. Your edits to the article were correct, because the material you were removing violated our content policies. In future, the best thing is to request the help of an admin on WP:AN/I, rather than to continue blanking parts of articles, because it can look like vandalism and the result is you can end up with a block. I'm assuming that the various IPs were also you, so I won't leave a separate note for them.

If you want to continue editing Wikipedia, please see our three content policies at WP:NPOV, WP:V, and WP:NOR. The key one for the kind of problem you were facing is WP:V. There's some advice in there about what kinds of sources are acceptable. Cheers, SlimVirgin talk contribs 03:52, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
