Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. Possessives and formatting

This edit was a complete mess.

1. "Lewis'" is not an incorrect form for the possessive of "Lewis" is. See MOS:POSS. You didn't correct anything.
2. You also introduced a whole lot of bad formatting. You changed doubled simple single quotes (ticks) to smart quotes: ('') to (“ and ”). Since double ticks is the formatting mark for italics it changed things like Narnia to “Narnia” when rendered. See MOS:PUNCT. Please be careful when you "fix" things in the future.
