Air conditioning
editHi,
I noticed your changes to Air conditioning. When such facts are added to an article they must also have references from reliable source to support them - see WP:FACT, WP:VERIFY and WP:RS. Without such references, WP is just a collection of random stuff that may or may not be true.
Secondly, when you change stuff, please fill in the edit summary. This makes life a lot easier for other editors checking your changes. Not filling it in means that we have to spend more effort to figure out your changes, which puts us in a worse frame of mind.
Thirdly, when somebody reverts your changes, it pays to read what they said in the edit summary. Most of the time they are telling you exactly what you did wrong and how to fix it. Ignoring them and re-adding your stuff just means they will remove it again. If you feel we are being unfair or if you want some help in how to add stuff, then please feel free to reach out to us. In this case, you can ask questions at talk:Air conditioning. Stepho talk 06:41, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
- Just to add, please review WP:RS when you are able. Stepho-wrs was not suggesting a list of vendor links would suffice; the material needs to be covered in reputable third-party sources, not vendor pitch blogs. Sam Kuru (talk) 12:11, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
