Citation and Copyedit edit

Did you add a citation? Minor copyedits on Central of Georgia Railway. —Grlucas (talk) 20:04, 25 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Grlucas: I did not, but I can! I couldn't find a new source to add to that page, so I ended up citing our textbook for the class since I referenced it in one of my journals this past week. I can find one and add a citation on that page instead if you would prefer that.
@Strasburg7312: Yes, your citations should be real; i.e., in a Wikipedia article. Let me know when you added one. (I did not get your reply above, since you did not sign it.) Does this answer the questions in your email? —Grlucas (talk) 11:48, 28 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Grlucas: Yes it does answer my questions. I actually just went in and fixed them now. I went under the WikiEdu page and assigned my article to myself and I have also added a citation on the Central of Georgia Railway page for Norfolk Southern's website. The Central of Georgia Railway page talks a little bit about the Norfolk Southern heritage unit that they had made but there is no website or source to back up what is said, so I added the their website. @Strasburg7312: Looks good. Thanks. —Grlucas (talk) 22:27, 28 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Central of Georgia Railway 509 edit

Hi! I saw that you created a new page - I just wanted to add that you should try to find more independent reliable sources (outside of the city of Macon) to back up claims and show notability. For example, is it listed on the National Registry of Historic Places? Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:25, 8 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Shalor (Wiki Ed): I looked under the National Registry of Historic Places and I didn't find anything on it. I did however recently find a source from the Central of Georgia historical society that I just added. I removed the tag from the page about adding more sources as well. Most of the information on the page no if from the central of Georgia historical society magazine and i tried to cite them on multiple occasions! Strasburg7312 (talk) 20:38, 19 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
