Adding references edit

If you're going to add references to a page please check to see whether there is a tag to list the references. A number of the pages you've edited have a message "Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page, but the references will not show without a <references/> tag; see Help:Cite errors." due to not having a references list. srushe (talk) 11:05, 12 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

External linking and conflict of interest edit

Request reason:

I understand the reasons for this block now. A fantastic intern was doing this on behalf of the coalition (over 100 organisations now), but what we should have done is link to our wiki-page rather than putting external links in. The text we're using is objective, so I'm assuming we're ok to go ahead and update our other members' pages with the info that they're in the coalition. As a coalition we have brought 30,000 people to Trafalgar Square, London, to protest climate change, hosted the UK Live Earth, and last year successfully pressured UK government into introducing a climate law/act; so the coalition of organisations working together qualifies as notable and should be represented on each organisation's page (just without external links!)

Decline reason:

You are still editing under a Conflict of Interest and haven't addressed that; additionally, you have admitted that this is a role account, something that is specifically forbidden by our free licence. ➲ redvers see my arsenal 10:29, 20 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
