Speedy deletion nomination of Template:DRAG RACE KYUSTENDIL (Season 1)

edit

A tag has been placed on Template:DRAG RACE KYUSTENDIL (Season 1) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Hardcoded text: "Drag Race Kyustendil (Season 1)"

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Your recent editing history at RuPaul's Drag Race (season 12) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. High/Low/Safe

edit

Given your involvement in editing the Season 12 article, particularly the High/Low/Safe issue, your involvement in the discussion at the project talk page would be very welcome. Woody (talk) 13:29, 13 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Drag Race placements

edit

Wikipedia has a long history of people deliberately falsifying the placement tables in Drag Race seasons to reflect what they wanted the judges to say instead of what the judges really said. So if you dispute the way the placement table is marking a contestant, you may not simply alter it yourself — you must take your dispute to the talk page to have it discussed. And furthermore, please note that you can, and will, be blocked from editing Wikipedia at all if you do not comply with that direction. Bearcat (talk) 13:26, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

MfD nomination of User:Stelephand/sandbox

edit

User:Stelephand/sandbox, a page which you created or substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Stelephand/sandbox and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Stelephand/sandbox during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Bearcat (talk) 13:44, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Sandbox

edit

Please note that your sandbox page is not a space where you're entitled to create imaginary placement tables for reality shows. Sandbox is for real content that's meant to be transferred back into mainspace, and is not just a playground for you to make your own fantasy version where a reality show was won by somebody different than it really was — fake content that isn't accurate about what really happened can be deleted, and you can even be blocked from editing Wikipedia at all if you persist.
