Linking to another Wikipedia page edit

Hi, StdeGermain! I noticed your edit on Dalveen, Queensland and I see you are new and have not quite mastered creating links to other Wikipedia articles. You wanted to link to the Wikipedia article Lowther Hills to the Dalveen pass. To do this you just have to add the link to "Lowther Hills" as text and not as the URL "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lowther_Hills". The first looks like this Dalveen pass while the second looks like this Dalveen pass. You can see the little arrow after the 2nd one. If you see that when linking to another Wikipedia article, then you did the wrong way. If you don't see it, you did it the right way. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need any help. There's a lot to learn. Your sandbox (see the link on the top right of the screen when you are logged in) is a good place to experiment with how to do things. It is not a real Wikipedia article but it behaves like one for your experiments in editing. Kerry (talk) 01:23, 1 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
