Regarding the article you created

Hi, Starlineloo. I see that you want a few days to work on your article. That's fine, but Wikipedia policy does not allow articles to be published while unfinished. What we do allow is for editors to work on drafts, and then to turn them into articles once they're done. For more information about that, you can see WP:DRAFT and WP:Articles for Creation. In the mean time, if you want to turn your article into a draft, you can do that by moving the page to either "Draft:International Music Exchange Association" or "User:Starlineloo/International Music Exchange Association".
