As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Stanleyvhayley, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Stanleyvhayley|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Theroadislong (talk) 06:45, 27 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi Therodislong,
I was not asked to cease editing, so far as I am aware. I was advised that the edits did not have proper references, which I have made attempts to correct.
I am not being paid in any way whatsoever for the edits, either directly or indirectly. Molly Wright is neither my employer nor my client. Stanleyvhayley (talk) 09:48, 27 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi, could you please assist with this as I am struggling. All the articles used references relate directly to the subject and in some cases are almost solely about the subject. I think the youngest TED speaker in the World was notable, which was the reason for the article being started.
I am a little stuck with what the issue is. The sources, in most cases, are journalists via national publications, or are industry publications. I've compared the sourcing to other wikipedia pages for similar people and the sources appear consistent with other approved articles for creation.
