Welcome

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia! All are welcome to edit here. I am sorry to say, I did have to revert your first edit, as shown here: [1] for the article of Concentration Camps Inspectorate. It was not formatted correctly, but don't let that stop you. I hope you decide to stay. See how the article page is done, from writing to citing for help/examples. Also, if you decide that you need further help, check out Getting Help, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages by clicking   or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username and the date. Also, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field. Finally, here are some pages you might like to see:

FYI

edit

Hello again: As I explained, I was sorry to revert your first edit attempt but the format was not correct. BTW, what I added above is the standard "Welcome template" to your talk page which everyone receives and it has helpful links which has information everyone can use as they start editing. I received the same template years ago. I am sorry you may have taken it the wrong way. I did tell you not to be discouraged and to ask questions if need be. Now, I see StanPS, you have re-added the information to the article mentioned above which is not a problem. I cleaned up the format and it is now there in the article. So keep on editing and if I can be of help, let me know. Cheers, Kierzek (talk) 16:21, 13 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi Kierzek, Thanks for sorting the format of my addition. I think its going to take too much time for me to get into this, and as I'm nearing the end of the 1st draft of a novel based on actual events (the research has taken unbelievable amounts of full-time work over the last 7 months), I probably won't attempt any further additions until its done (later this year hopefully). Wiki has been a useful resource - I hope I may have more time later to add to it. Thanks again --StanPS (talk) 17:11, 13 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

You're welcome; and I am glad its there, as the prior uncited text was not correct. Writing a novel, now that is great! Good luck and edit anytime. Kierzek (talk) 17:25, 13 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
