While updating the information on the secondary marked price of Action Comics #1 is not a bad idea, not explaining the changes in edit summaries is.

Also, given you track record above with having problems with properly providing useable non-free images, an explanation of a change to a non-compliant image is the minimum that is needed. At least that way the non-compliant image - and File:Action Comics 1 - CGC 9.0.jpg is in no way compliant - can be removed with minimal impact to other, possible good, edits.
