You are right "Her teacher getting the Padma Bhushan does not confer any notability on the student" but by giving the link does not mean to delete it, does not question on her talent. The page was there since 2012 no problem was there after 3 years you people have deleted it saying that no notability. Then I had a chat with your help desk they said if there is local news paper or regional news about the subject then there is no issue. Then I created The page again following all the instructions still the same thing. you are not considering the regional evidence right? All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
