This is a better version, but the one before we were arguing over stylistics. My goal was to update the style of the emblem. I was unable to find any style that fit the previous emblem. I watched many videos and saw a lot of photographs of North Korea and never saw anything resembling the old emblem. The only source for the previous emblem was this page on Wikipedia. The emblem is a golden brush, hammer and a sickle on a red background.

New flag of the Korean People's Navy

Hey, I note that you had tried to overwrite the Naval ensign of North Korea's flag with the one seen in the video. I would like to point out that flags at the bow (front) of the ship are known as the Jack, not Ensign. May I recommend you upload it to Naval jack of North Korea instead? Thank you.
