Valensole edit

Hello! I'm glad you mentioned this particular sentence, because it wasn't me who added it to the article, it was an IP user. And I couldn't find anything about this man at Google. Are you from/living in France? Because if you haven't heard about Paul in France, then this sentence is probably made-up, and should be removed. Well, Brazil has many interesting incidents, although few of them are reported by reliable sources, and that's why only these ones are here at Wiki. Making contact with the person who wrote that is impossible I think, because it was an anonymous user, which means the edit is credited to an IP user. These IP numbers change from time to time, so the owner of the computer used in this edit now probably has another number. But if not even Google can't find anything about Paul, then I doubt his existence. By the way, are you thinking of "settling" here to contribute? Of course you can modify it. But if you are going to remove the sentence, than provide a reason in the edit summary (e.g. "removing unsourced statement"), or other editors may possibly think you are just deliberately removing content. You can register yourself at the German and French Wikipedias as well, and then unify these accounts.
These incidents are interesting, if you could find reliable sources for them, then you can create the articles about them. References are really necessary, I had three UFO incident articles of mine deleted because of the lack of reliable sources. =P These 400 sightings in France may be connected with the Belgian UFO wave.
You can find some articles on brazilian cases at UFO sightings in Brazil. Victor Lopes (talk) 23:46, 17 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
You're welcome. When you feel you're ready to create an article about any UFO case, provided you give proper sources, go ahead! Victor Lopes (talk) 17:56, 20 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
