A major principle in the workforce you must have a good grasp on the many different cultures that exist some of which are very diverse. As stated above the techniques for cultural competency training must more than a class room lecture. Trainers must be extremely educated in this matter to be able to sufficiently train people. They must take notice of their own biases perspective and about the different types cultures that receive discrimination.
