It's possible to use audio files as citations, but you should avoid it. Please put copies of what you want to change on Talk:Cascada and get other editors to help you. Please don't make the changes yourself. I would only agree to unblock him if he agrees to a talk-page-only editing probation: he can only make edits to user talk pages and article talk pages.
