"PRT Mazar-i-Sharif is a part of the ISAF-mission, and is categorized by NATO as a Provincial Reconstruction Team. Its unit commanders have since 2006 been Swedish military officers, on loan to ISAF.^[1] It has ISAF-soldiers that are citizens of Sweden or Finland.^[2] "
