• I'm only blocking you because you were asked to fix your username back in June and you have not done this. I have no problem unblocking you as soon as you give a new username. It can be something like "John at Sosorrycartoon", if you want - it just can't give off the impression that you are representing a group (ie, that the account is being used by multiple people) and it can't give off the impression of promotion. I just want to make sure that you are aware that you really have to change your name. Other than that, I see no reason why you can't have an account: you're only editing your AfC draft and you're trying very, very hard to follow the suggestions of other editors. When you have your new username picked out, post the above instructions and then tag me by writing {{ping|Tokyogirl79}}. • Note to any other admins: I whole heartedly endorse the unblocking of this user when they give a new username that fits policy. Other than the username, they've been a fairly good example of a model WP:COI editor, as they've only edited at AfC and they've made sure to ask questions on how to improve their draft and follow those suggestions. • It looks like there's an account by that name already. Is this you? If so, then this account won't need to be unblocked and you can edit under that account as long as you put it down somewhere that you formerly edited under this account name. If it isn't you and you want to use the name, you can usurp the name. • Now I found their signup date - it was quite recently, on August 31st, so this is likely you. We might be able to merge the accounts if it's you and you want to keep the edit history of this old account, though. That's something that one of the username change people would have to do, though.
