I believe that at least some of your images of Puye Cliff Dwellings are actually from Bandelier National Monument. The picture of post holes is the long house at Bandelier (http://photo.itc.nps.gov/storage/images/band/band-Full.00014.html, unfortunately, it doesn't show the same features). A similar picture is at the Bandelier Wikipedia entry, including the brick patch on the lower left window. The picture of the cliff ridge and valley floor is too wide for Puye, and better fits the Frijoles River valley. Ted 02:56, 24 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Its quite possible. It was about 10 years ago when I went there and I don't have a note of the exact location. All the pictures are from the same place, which we visited on a day out from Los Alamos, so both Bandelier and Puye Cliff Dwellings would be plausible. I'd have to agree that mypic and this pic look like the same pattern of holes, which would suggest I've got my pictures misidentified. -- Solipsist 08:41, 24 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
And this picture looks like a match for this one - which clinches it. -- Solipsist 08:47, 24 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
