Request reason:
Hi! I do not understand well the reason of my block. I don't have anything to do with the users mentioned in the sockpuppet investigations. When I created my account I had difficulties because I realized my IP range was blocked, so when I created the account I explained that in my building we share the Internet provider and hence all the apartments have similar IPs. I explained this when I asked to create my account and I was authorized to create it because I had nothing to do with the other blocked users, who at least one should be my neighbour. I beg if you can review my block and see all the reasons I gave when I created my account. If there is anything I can do to avoid future blocks I will be glad to do it.
