Notability Through Use: The software's widespread use in research, even if not the main focus, demonstrates its critical role and utility in the field.

Thanks for your contributions to CheFEM 3 Software. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it is promotional and reads like an advertisement, you may have a possible Conflict of Interest and you need to find fully independent, referred sources (not just conference papers) that demonstrate that it is notable. You have many changes to make, so it is better for you to improve a draft first.. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
