Trivia

edit

Hi. I wanted to explain why I reverted one of your recent edits. You added a bit of trivia about a fan-made trailer for a film, but you didn't cite a reliable source. Unless it received coverage by a source like Variety or Entertainment Weekly, we don't include this in our articles. Otherwise, they'd end up being a mile long as we catalogued every minor YouTube video that happened to mention the topic. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 05:54, 20 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Thomas and the Magic Railroad has been reverted.
Your edit here to Thomas and the Magic Railroad was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4A9pzl-12c4) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Image without license

edit

Unspecified source/license for File:Loonette.gif

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Loonette.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 01:45, 30 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Non-free rationale for File:Loonette.gif

edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Loonette.gif. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

ATTENTION: This is an automated, bot-generated message. This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 2 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Leah Gloria

edit

The article Leah Gloria has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. reddogsix (talk) 03:40, 5 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Leah Gloria

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Leah Gloria, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Thank you for your recent contributions. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft of your article in draftspace or in your userspace first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Thank you. Redalert2fan (talk) 14:04, 12 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at My Girl (film), you may be blocked from editing. MPFitz1968 (talk) 14:27, 12 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Lard Almighty (talk) 15:33, 12 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Muppet Movie, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Little Bird (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Jonah: A VeggieTales Movie, you may be blocked from editing. You were changing the plot information to simpler text; the edits you made are highly unnecessary. Dr. Neurosis (talk) 01:59, 19 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Minor edits

You have been warned several times about misusing the minor edits box. Please do not mark every edit as minor.

The next time you mark an edit that isn't minor you will be reported and could be blocked immediately. Lard Almighty (talk) 05:01, 19 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

October 2018 warning

edit

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at The Best of Elmo. You also did this kind of behavior on The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland as well. Dr. Neurosis (talk) 00:05, 22 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello Sodormaniac. It appears you have been making unsourced changes across a large number of articles. For example, you were busy changing dates in List of Winnie the Pooh characters, as you did here. You made lots of these edits while never leaving an edit summary or a talk page comment, and while marking all your changes as minor edits. Since you have never responded to any past warnings, and you still mark all your changes as minor edits, I'm considering an indefinite block of your account. Please respond. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 18:49, 6 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for Disruptive editing.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

After my final warning, you have continued to mark all your edits as minor, even those which don't qualify as WP:MINOR. This leads me to assume that you are most likely still making unsourced changes. People have been warning you about lack of sources for your edits since July, 2018 (see above). This is the kind of thing that gets reported at WP:AIV. Any administrator can lift this block if they are persuaded that you intend to follow our policy in the future, and will only make edits that are based on sources. EdJohnston (talk) 16:22, 7 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, EdJohnston. I am so sorry I was blocked from editing. I would like you to unblock me so I can edit some serious information, but not any new information, using sources. Sodormaniac 7:38, 20 February 2019

ArbCom 2018 election voter message

edit

Hello, Sodormaniac. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppet investigation

edit

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Sodormaniac, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
