My own primary thought is this content needs FOCUS for any hope of clarity, and given two brands of attacks against IRV (those what want to keep plurality, those who want more radical reform), their arguments each ought to be separated by section. I'd tend to say that only the keep plurality or keep runoffs arguments belong AT ALL within the IRV article itself.
