Legacy sediments edit

Really nice work on the legacy sediment article, but there's one thing that needs fixing - the quotes. The use of copyright material - including quotations - needs to be kept to a minimum in Wikipedia. Basically, quotes need to be short - ideally a few words, and no more than a line or two in most cases - and it needs to be something where the precise wording is what's important.
