I plan on looking at the University of Mississippi Wikipedia page. I noticed that there is a lot of information lacking in the athletics category. The only information that is talked about is Archie Manning. While Archie Manning is a valuable player that played at the University of Mississippi, a lot has happened in the athletic department since Archie Manning played. There are also many other sports played besides football. I would like to talk about basketball, football, baseball, golf, and tennis. The football program has grown as well as basketball. Topics that could be included are different players that were drafted in football, the new basketball arena, the football stadium expansion, current and past coaches, and the new NCAA allegations that are continuing to unfold. There are also many other topics of research that could be talked about through research. Right now I am not very in touch with the athletic history but I will understand a lot more with a little research.
