Hi. edit

I know that you're enthusiastic and willing to contribute to Wikipedia, but you must keep in mind the rules for Wikipedia.

First, you cannot add copyrighted images to pages unless they are being used as fair use. For example, a page on a movie can use a movie poster as fair use. In this case, the album cover can be used as fair use because it's for the actual album. However, a promotional picture is a copyright violation and cannot be used as fair use ever (for the most part), because a) it is showcasing the group, not the album, and b) because they're living people, non-copyrighted (or "free") images can be used. Please see WP:NONFREE for more information.

Second, it doesn't matter whether it's in English or not. Allkpop is not a reliable source. It is first and foremost a blog. Yes, it may be a news blog, but it is still a blog. They have reported faulty news in the past, and they have questionable translations and articles at times. It is best to use an actual English news source, such as KBS World or the English edition of Chosun Ilbo. For example, this is a good example of an English news article.

I hope that makes sense. I didn't mean to come off as "rude" and I apologize for any hard feelings. But please read the Wikipedia guidelines for more information. This page may be of additional assistance.

Thank you. SKS (talk) 19:53, 23 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
