Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Apache Fortress has been reverted.
Your edit here to Apache Fortress was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://johnpfield.wordpress.com/2013/10/08/javaone-2013-using-ansi-rbac-to-secure-java-enterprise-applications/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Apache Fortress Logo.png

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Apache Fortress Logo.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Regarding Apache Fortress

edit

Could you explain your rationale behind [1] ? Sohom (talk) 16:32, 31 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Did not mean to undo that edit. Not real good with wikipedia processes. My apologies Smckin (talk) 18:48, 1 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I do however want to discuss your edits. Why did you remove the link to the example of RBAC apis from the Apache Fortress website? And, why did you then remove the section with the releases discussed? Did you not see where that was discussed here before? Smckin (talk) 11:43, 2 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
