However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Wikipedia talk:User access levels, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Hi, I'm fine too. I'm glad I finally made an account so I'm not affected by the vandalism that others commit on my IP address.
