Do you use preview? Because you are breaking a link to an image.[1] Doug Weller talk 12:34, 26 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Fixing Typing Error edit

I'm a Sri Lanka and I do know about Sri Paadha but the way you have written it as Sri Pada makes it sound like an offensive term in our native language Smartech SD (talk) 13:25, 26 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Fixing Typing Error edit

I apologize for trying block the image link but other than for the image links I would like if you change Sri Pada into Sri Paadha because it sounds offensive. It can even turn into a big issue. I wasn't trying to vandalise but to change it to a more user friendly environment Smartech SD (talk) 13:31, 26 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Definitely not a typo. You must discuss this at the talk page. I’m sure you don’t want to be blocked. Doug Weller talk 07:56, 27 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

January 2018 edit

Your recent editing history at Adam's Peak shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. It is a typing Error edit

I'm a Sri Lankan and I know about my country. Pada means Fart, Paadha means foot so plz change it to Paadha which means foot without trying to create and racial and national disputes. Type and check it on Google Translate. My friends are asking my why this compulsory change is not made. So please change it before legal action is taken. Smartech SD (talk) 08:12, 27 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Oops you mustn’t suggest legal action. Please. You must retract this threat and state that no legal action will be undertaken or encouraged by you. Read WP:NLT. If you don’t I will have no alternative but to block you. Hopefully you will. You need to discuss this then on the article talk page, not mine. And please sign with 4 tildes, eg “Doug Weller talk 08:34, 27 January 2018 (UTC)” without the quotation marks. Thanks. Doug Weller talk 08:34, 27 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
