Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, We R Who We R, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests, and consider using the Article Wizard. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. 'Article Fails WP:NSONG. Do not create the article again. Comment: just because the slightest hint of news of a single being released has come out does not mean the song warrants an article, like you did with "What's My Name" (Rihanna song). Actually, 99.9% of the time, the song does not warrant an article, because it would have failed WP:NSONG already. Wikipedia is not a contest and Wikipedia will never be finished. Please do not create articles unless they meet general notability criteria at WP:NSONGS and WP:N. In your example, it is even unsure how the song title is punctuation (if so). Thank you. Orphaned non-free media (File:Dancemix92.jpeg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Dancemix92.jpeg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 22:24, 1 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

MuchDance and album covers

edit

I've removed all of the album covers on this article as failing WP:NFC. We do not permit the use of album covers on discographies such as this. If you dispute this, please see the very recent debate on this very issue in regards to the Big Shiny Tunes article, which occurred at Wikipedia_talk:Non-free_content/Archive_48#Big_Shiny_Tunes and User_talk:MatthewGoodfan101#Big_Shiny_Tunes_and_non-free_album_covers. As a result of the removal, all of the album covers have been orphaned and are subject to deletion. Please do not re-instate these images to the article. If you have questions, ask. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 20:39, 2 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
