Your recent edit to List of bass guitarists appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person or organization added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 18:46, 10 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to R5 (band). Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 18:46, 10 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Alex Gaskarth (Musician) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Alex Gaskarth (Musician), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. April 2016 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Alex Gaskarth (Musician), a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Wgolf (talk) 04:45, 24 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

I'm afraid if I did the contest, I'll lose in the contest and the page will be deleted. I didn't want that to happen. So I deleted the speedy deletion in Alex's page.
You can't just remove the tag. Either the tag will get restored or the page will get deleted. You have to explain on the talk page how the article meets policy and why it should be kept. —C.Fred (talk) 01:12, 25 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Alex Gaskarth. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. DMacks (talk) 12:59, 28 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
