File permission problem with File:SethMorrisonPointFest.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:SethMorrisonPointFest.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

Skillet photos

I removed the band and individual artist photos you added because some are clearly copyrighted and cannot be used and others appear to be copyrighted and don't have copyright information applied in the commons. Deliberately adding such content or otherwise editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
• Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.

If I'm correct, cropping an image doesn't remove the copyright on the image. You might want to stop applying cropped images as well. Walter Görlitz (talk) 01:40, 17 May 2013 (UTC)

Uploading images with corporate logos on them is also a copyright violation as is the case with File:KoreyCooperSkillet.jpeg. Do you have any photos that you've personally taken? Those would be safe to upload (for the most part). Walter Görlitz (talk) 01:44, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
